What working together looks like

Discovery
1–2 weeks

A short, fixed-fee look at how work gets done today. You get a map of where AI helps and where it shouldn't, a prioritized roadmap, the baseline numbers to measure against, and a recommended next step. The fee counts toward the build if you go ahead.
Pilot build

We build the first system in the one or two roles where it matters most: your knowledge organized, your workflows written down, and the repeatable work automated, on tools you already use.
Embed and train

We roll it out to the rest of the team, write down how it runs, and train your people to run it and improve it without me.
