Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no scripts, and I don't collect anything about you. The only record of a visit is the host's: Netlify keeps ordinary server logs (the address a request came from, the page it asked for, the time) for a short period to run the service; I read them only when something breaks. Downloads work the same way: a free download on the Tools page is a file from this site, with no account and no email, and anything for paid subscribers opens on Substack. Links to Substack leave this site, and Substack's own privacy policy and terms govern what happens there, including your subscription.

What is sold

I write Ty's Newsletter on Substack. Subscribing is free. A paid tier exists, monthly or annual; what it includes and what it costs are on the subscribe page. The downloads on the Tools page are free; if one is ever only for paid subscribers, its card says so and it opens on Substack. I also work with small businesses through the practice described on Work with me; the first conversation is free.

Cancellations and refunds

A paid subscription renews until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in your Substack account; access lasts to the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days, the tools remain yours.

Unlocking a subscriber perk on Substack makes the subscription non-refundable; Substack asks you to acknowledge that before it unlocks.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe through Substack. This site takes no payment and handles no card details.
