  1. Course 1 · The Operator

    Free to startComing soon

Run your own work with an AI that remembers.

Who it's for: Anyone who uses AI as a chatbot: a new question each time, the context retyped, the good answers lost in a scroll.

    What you'll learn:

    • Get your footing, then give your AI a memory you own
    • Turn an annoyance into a defined project
    • Direct an assistant through a build without losing control
    • Finish something a real person uses
    • Name the method you just used

What you'll have at the end: A tool that makes one weekly task of yours easier, in use by you and one other person, with its brief and a one-page story of how it was built. The week-ahead meal planner is the worked example beside every project and the fallback for a learner with no task of their own.

Requirements: A Mac, Claude Desktop app, Claude Pro subscription or higher.

    The projects:

    1. Give your AI a memory · 1 week
      • Module 1 · Get familiar with Claude Code Free
      • Module 2 · Install the Library Free
    2. Find the repeated friction · 1 week
    3. Choose one useful improvement · 1 week
    4. Build it, save your progress, undo one thing · 1 week
    5. Let someone use it · 1 week

    Cohort seat: $150

Put something useful on the web.

Who it's for: An Operator who has something to say or offer and no page to say it on: a club, a family, a hobby business, a side service.

    What you'll learn:

    • Design for a person who isn't you
    • Build with an assistant and still understand what you built
    • Work like a professional on your own project
    • Ship to a real address and own it
    • Improve from real use

What you'll have at the end: A live page or small tool at a public address, used by at least one person who isn't you, with a changelog that shows one revision made because of their use.

    Requirements: Course 1 proficiency.

    Cohort seat: $450

  3. Course 3 · The Integrator

Connect a workflow and keep it running.

Who it's for: A Builder with a routine job that crosses tools: requests come in, a report goes out, a shared list drifts.

    What you'll learn:

    • See a process as a system
    • Decide where the truth lives
    • Connect tools with limited access, and prove it's safe
    • Run it like you'd be proud to hand it over
    • Make an unfamiliar change on your own

What you'll have at the end: A workflow that runs with you in charge: records, a connected tool, limited access you can explain, a runbook, a log, and one other person able to run it.

    Requirements: Course 2 proficiency.

    Cohort seat: $550

  4. Course 4 · The Director

    MembersComing soon

Direct many hands without losing the plot.

Who it's for: An Integrator whose work has outgrown one assistant: several projects at once, long sessions, more output than one pair of hands can direct.

    What you'll learn:

    • Give each assistant a job it can do well
    • Run work in parallel without losing the plot
    • Stand up a team and keep it honest
    • Hand the routine to the team

What you'll have at the end: A deliverable produced by a team you directed, with the roster, the playbook, and the audit log beside it.

    Requirements: Course 3 proficiency.

    Cohort seat: $550

  5. Course 5 · The Judge

Prove the work is right, and choose your altitude.

Who it's for: A Director who can produce more than they can check, and knows it.

    What you'll learn:

    • Prove the work is right before you trust it
    • Choose altitude on purpose
    • See your own expertise
    • Teach it back

    Requirements: Course 4 proficiency.

    MembersComing soon

Find the real problem in someone else's shop, and design something you can defend.

    What you'll learn:

    • Find the real problem
    • Compare before you recommend
    • Design something you can defend
    • Know your limits

What you'll have at the end: A signed recommendation and a design that survived review, in a form you could hand to someone else to build.

Requirements: Course 5 proficiency, or Course 3 proficiency with the instructor's call.

    Cohort seat: $750

  7. Course 7 · The Consultant

    MembersComing soon

Deliver into an environment you don't control, operate it, and hand it over.

Who it's for: An Analyst with a signed recommendation and a defended design, ready to be responsible for the outcome.

    What you'll learn:

    • Agree on the work before you start it
    • Deliver into an environment you don't control
    • Operate, improve, then let go
    • Close the loop

What you'll have at the end: A case study: the problem, the recommendation, the build, the acceptance, the measured result, in the stakeholder's words where they'll give them, with the proposal and the invoice around it.

    Requirements: Course 6 proficiency.

    Cohort seat: $900
